The Ribbon Cave is forms an extension of the Orient Cave and so requires a walk through Orient Cave. Quite often the guides will include talks about features in the Orient Cave as they pass through on the way to the Ribbon Cave but if you want a better tour of the Orient Cave, then take the Orient Tour. Quite often on the Ribbon Cave tour, guides make a short detour to take you to see the original route into the Orient by way of the River Cave. |

Duration of Tour
: 1.5 hours If you are a cave novice or a cave "expert", you will find the Ribbon Cave to be among the best in the world. The Ribbon Cave is short and confined but richly decorated and well worth the visit. Because of the confined space and slow movement through the cave to give you time to view every detail of this richly decorated cave, tours are limited to 8 people at a time. The limited size of each tour makes you feel as though you are with a group of friends in a very special place rather than on a tour. |
